Perfect Protein Smoothie
What you need
1/2 c mixed berries (pictured: blueberry)
1tbs chia seeds
1tbs LSA mix
1 serving protein of choice
1/2 c baby spinach leaves
1/2 c ice
1 c coconut water or milk of choice
What you do
Blend all ingredients on high until smooth. Pour and consume!
