Makes 1 Litre

What You Need

1c nuts of choice, soaked overnight

4c water


1 medjool date

1/4 vanilla bean

pinch of Himalayan salt

What You Do

Drain soaked nuts a place in a blender with 4c water, pitted date, vanilla bean and pinch of salt (if using). Blend on high for 1 minute, strain through a nut milk bag or a piece of muslin. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.

Recipe Note: The nut milk will settle, so shake well before use
